As a first-time buyer I was needing support with my mortgage and affordability. Christian was fantastic. Prior to my first meeting, I sent over some basic details and when I went into the office for my meeting, everything was prepared and I was given different scenarios of repayments based on deposit amounts and house values. Christian even went through properties on the market with me that may be of interest. Once I had an offer accepted Christian secured the best mortgage for me and did all the work behind the scenes. It wasn’t just the mortgage, he did my life and illness cover, and home insurance, which took the stress out of buying my first property. As first time buyers, we thought the process would be quite complicated, that wasn’t the case with yellow mortgages. We got an appointment within a week and we got the ball rolling straight away. We found our dream home, roughly only a week later. Christian was quick, thorough and informative throughout the whole process, and offered support where he could! Christian had so much knowledge and also helped with life insurance quotes. Elaine went above and beyond to get me the best deal on my mortgage and took a lot of stress out of the process for me. I was also very well informed about income protection insurance which I hadn’t previously considered and again Elaine offered a lot of help and support to get this set up.
