Christian Clarke - Director

Christian has over 20 years of experience within the property industry. He began his career with a local independent estate agent before progressing to one of the UK’s leading corporate estate agencies, where he became a top performer within the East Midlands region.

Following his success in estate agency, Christian moved into financial services and established Yellow Financial Services to follow his passion for helping clients throughout the home buying and mortgage journey. His background in both property and mortgages allows him to provide practical, well-rounded advice that helps clients make informed decisions with confidence.

Elaine Smith – Mortgage & Protection Adviser

Elaine brings 38 years of experience in financial services and has built a strong local reputation for helping clients achieve their mortgage and protection goals. Over the years, Elaine has supported countless individuals and families with mortgages, protection, equity release, and lifetime mortgage advice.
